David Jeffrey is a tough middle order left handed batsman who plays with the Tuggeranong Valley in the ACTCA grade competition. He has risen through the ranks of junior representative cricket like many other current ACT senior representative cricketers. He has played for the ACT Under 17s and the Under 19s at national championships. He made his debut for the ACT in the 1994/95 season but has limited opportunities at a senior representative level. He has played for the Tuggeranong Valley club since his junior cricket days and has made many vital contributions to the club at a grade level. He has played one season of club cricket in England, playing with the Radcliffe club in the Central Lancashire League in 1995. (Adam Morehouse, November 1999)
