Former Indian cricket player Manoj Prabhkar gestures while talking to reporters during a press conference in New Delhi May 24, 2000, where he named former Indian team-mate and current national coach Kapil Dev as the man who offered him bribe to play badly in a one-day international in 1994. This is the first time Prabhakar has openly accused Kapil Dev of offering bribe after years of reluctance to name the player, leading to speculation in the media and among cricket lovers.
