Australian batsman Mark Waugh carries the trophy after Australia won the 2nd one-day final against the West Indies to take out the series 2-0 at the MCG in Melbourne 09 February 2001. Australia amassed the huge total of 338-6 with Mark Waugh topscoring with 173 and in reply the West Indies scored 299 to lose by 39 runs.
