Subramaniam Rajesh was a right-hand batsman and medium-pacer who played 27 first-class matches for Kerala between 1981-82 and 1988-89 and captained the team in two, scoring 1103 runs at an average of 23. He also served as the chairman of the state junior and senior selection committees. He died at the age of 49.
