Chasing a mountainous target, West Indies got their fingertips to the summit - but had them prised off in the final over for the second match running. This time it was a maiden ODI century from bruising lefthander Evin Lewis that set up the chase, and when he was run out in the 41st over the target had been reduced to 69 from 57 balls. Holder held firm, but Sri Lanka's seamers - expensive earlier - chipped away at the other end. Twin career-best 94s from Niroshan Dickwella and Kusal Mendis (who slammed five sixes) had set up a towering total as Sri Lanka passed 300 in an ODI in Zimbabwe for the first time. The aggregate of 659 runs was a record for any ODI in the country, beating 657 by New Zealand (328-5) and Zimbabwe (329-9) at Bulawayo in October 2011.
