1 Brett Lee's 19-run first over: Lee nearly yorked Chris Gayle, almost induced him a catch to cover and very nearly got him trapped in front but still leaked runs as Gayle smashed him through cover and whipped him through midwicket.

2 Irfan Pathan's 21-run final over: Manoj Tiwary pulled the third delivery for six, crashed the fourth over extra cover, lofted the next over long-off and lifted the last one to wide long-off boundary.

3 Tiwary's catch to remove Yuvraj Singh: Yuvraj had hit the shot of the day- a nonchalant straight-hit six off Ajit Agarkar- when he pulled the same bowler towards deep midwicket. Tiwary rushed forward and threw in a dive to his right to hold on to a good catch.

4 Kumar Sangakkara and Mahela Jayawardene's painful crawl: They batted for more than six overs in the middle stage of the chase but added only 34 runs and allowed the required rate to climb to nearly 15 runs per over.
