10.17pm Pakistan completely outplayed Australia today, absolutely no doubt about that. It began by tying down Australia with spin. Changes in pace, cutters, pace off, change-ups. Australia could only manage 220. Pakistan knew what they were doing all along in that chase. Took their time and put the odd ball away. That's all they needed. A clinical bowling performance followed with a clean, efficient chase. The series is well positioned now, 1-1 after two games, effectively a three-match series now.

Steven Smith: "Went a little bit too hard with the bat. Ordinary with the bat in this first two games, aside from Wade's hundred. Need to build partnerships, haven't done that in the past two games.
