Scorecard summary
Zimbabwe 153/5(20 overs)
Afghanistan 154/4(19.1 overs)

4.20pm: Dawlat Zadran is the man of the match for his three wickets, his bowling once again proving the difference.

Well, there you have it! Afghanistan are buoyed further by another win, and Zimbabwe are left searching for answers. There's just one more match to come, at the same time on Wednesday, and please do join us again for that. Your commentator today has been Liam Brickhill. Until next time, goodbye!

MB Ibrahimi: "In last over, AFG needed 6 runs of 6 ball and it was the sixth match of this tour and Najibullah hit a six, what a way to win. This morning my country was hit by earthquake and this will give relief to a certain level. Congratulation!"

Abuzar Shaikh: "Today two countries hit by earthquake most were Pakistan and Afghanistan and they both win the matches for their countries. Very well played, please pray for the people who got affected in the earthquake..."

4.15pm Afghanistan's winning streak has continued into the Twenty20 format, as they cruise to a six wicket win at Queens Sports Club. Yet again it's Mohammad Nabi who has guided their batting, and his unbeaten 69 run stand with Najibullah was vital to their cause. But the match was really set up by the bowlers, and most especially Dawlat Zadran. His spell at the death denied Zimbabwe the final boost they were seeking, and the hosts had no answer to his pinpoint yorkers.

Mpofu to Zadran, SIX runs

and all it takes is one ball! Najibullah spots a length delivery on off stump and nails it straight back down the ground. It clears the ropes easily, and Afghanistan win the inaugural T20 between these two sides.

Down to the last over. The game is Afghanistan's surely, with two set batsmen at the crease. Mpofu has bowled well today, his three overs going for just 18, but this is a tough ask.

Muzarabani to M Nabi, 2 runs

well placed! Nabi used his wrists well to place this full ball between the long on and deep midwicket fielders, and the batsmen were always going to push for two.

Muzarabani to Zadran, 1 run

cracked hard out to Waller at deep midwicket, just the single.

18.4
Muzarabani to Zadran, no run

play and a miss! Najibullah wanted to mow this length delivery over the leg side, but he swung right across the line and missed.

18.3
1
Muzarabani to M Nabi, 1 run

sharp single! Nabi dug the yorker out back down the track. Najibullah called for the single, and then it was a race between him and the bowler. Muzarabani swooped onto the ball and threw down the stumps, but the batsman was in.

18.2
1
Muzarabani to Zadran, 1 run

that's a better delivery from the bowler, but he can't stop the single. Najibullah swings at a yorker on middle stump, and the inside edge goes to short fine leg

4
Muzarabani to Zadran, FOUR runs

slashed to the point boundary! This will hurry the end. Muzarabani fires one full and wide outside off. But it's not full enough, and the batsman gets the meat of the bat into the shot.

Two overs left, and Afghanistan need 15. Will they try to get most of them in this over? This match could yet go right down to the wire.

Mpofu to M Nabi, 1 leg bye

a length delivery nips in off the seam, and it's flicked to the man at short fine leg. If it had gone past him it was four.

Mpofu to Zadran, 1 run

a yorker on off stump is dug out just in front of point, and they take a quick single.

Shyam: "Afghanistan should play more often against Asian countries. All the major cricket boards should give them more chances..They should always play in Asia cup and tri nation cups."

17.3
Mpofu to Zadran, no run

appeal for caught behind! Umpire Matibiri says no. It's a good delivery all the same. Quite wide of off, and very full indeed. It actually looked like it nipped under his bat.

17.2
Mpofu to Zadran, no run

Najibullah goes to pull a length ball, delivered from around the wicket, and inside edges onto his pad. Nabi wants a single, but it's not on.

Fine leg is up, third man out. Square leg is brought up as well now, inside the circle.

Mpofu to M Nabi, 1 run

a rising delivery on middle and leg is nudged off the armpit to short fine leg. There's a fielder there, but they take him on, as they have all the way through the chase.

Mpofu comes back from the City End, with Zimbabwe needing a miracle.

all too easy for Najibullah. He turns a length delivery to leg, and some languid fielding allows the batsmen two runs. Zimbabwe are raising the white flag.
