4.33pm That wraps up the T20 series from us folks, with Pakistan winning 2-0. Join us for the ODI series starting on Thursday. Till then, ciao.

4.20pm Not quite clinical but good stuff from Pakistan's bowlers yet again. They bowled tight lines from the start and the pressure told in wickets. They kept their foot on the throat and Zimbabwe's batsmen couldn't quite find the boundaries frequently enough. Imad Wasim was good again and so was Sohail Tanvir, but in reality, was a complete team effort from Pakistan. A few lapses in the fielding but with that quality of bowling, didn't really matter in the end. Zimbabwe were good again today but were ordinary too for too long, especially at the start of their batting. Played too many dot balls and eventually it was that pressure which cost them. Sean Williams tried valiantly but his 40 was not enough.

Umar Akmal is the Man of the Match and Imad Wasim is the Man of the Series

Wasim: 'Thanks to the groundsmen, last time we played here it was not as slow but I bowled wicket to wicket. If you bowl too short or too full, you will get whacked. Doesn't matter if you get wickets, you have to keep the runs down.'

Elton Chigumbura: 'I just need to repeat what Is aid last game. We were disappointing again with the bat, but the bowlers were good. We need to make sure we up our game for the ODI series.'

Shahid Afridi: 'I must say again we missed the opportunity. I still believe with our batsmen, 160-170 is possible on any track. Our bowlers were good again. Body language is very important and whatever the coach has said, the boys have delivered. Our ODI team too is capable of beating any team.'

Imran Khan to Williams, 1 run

short and wide from Imran, flat-batted to Afridi at cover and Pakistan complete a 2-0 series win. Excellent effort from the bowlers again. Zimbabwe fall short again.

Imran Khan to Jongwe, OUT

nicely taken. Good stuff from Imran. Very slow again on middle, Jongwe heaves the ball across the line and the ball goes straight up. Imran gets under it himself, and takes a good catch. Never looked like dropping that.

slower again outside off, massive slog but no connection

slower delivery, full and outside off. Smashed uppishly on the bounce to deep midwicket who has cleverly moved a bit straighter

Williams reverse-sweeps now. Just about makes connection with the low, full toss. Goes straight to short third man. Very hard now.

Tanvir to Jongwe, 1 leg bye

he goes for the reverse-lap now. Not bad shot selection if he can play that well enough but the ball is full and quick just outside off. He is struck on the pads and thee is an appeal, but the ball hit him outside the off stump

18.5
1
Tanvir to Williams, 1 run

slower delivery, short and on middle, swatted away to long-on. Shehzad is quick on it and keeps them down to one

18.4
2
Tanvir to Williams, 2 runs

full on middle and leg, Williams plays the ball in the gap to long-on and scampers back for two

18.3
1
Tanvir to Jongwe, 1 run

low full toss this time, Jongwe is beaten for pace as he can only hit the ball to long-on

18.2
4
Tanvir to Jongwe, FOUR runs

excellent execution. Slower ball outside off, Jongwe gets down and plays the lap sweep. Gets under it nicely and finds the gap with adequate connection to the fine leg boundary

Amin: "What are the odds of Zim falling short by 13 again..."

Will Pakistan creep in to stop the single?

Tanvir to Williams, 1 run

good length on off stump, Williams stays in his crease and pushes the ball to the sweeper cover. Just one

Sohail Tanvir entrusted with the penultimate over, crucial over too

he is happy with one considering it was the last ball of the over. very full from Irfan, Williams executes a good-looking drive to long-off

17.5
Irfan to Williams, no run

good short ball, well directed too following Williams as he backs away. Williams misses his pull. Vital boundary

4
Irfan to Williams, FOUR runs

oh nice shot from Williams. Good length and very pacey, not a good ball with third man up. Williams was always picking that gap with him struggling for breath a bit. Just steers the ball past short third man for four.

All dependent on Sean Williams now, who has played beautifully. Massive ask though

W
Irfan to Chigumbura, OUT

out now, that is the end of a short, bright and sweet cameo from Chigs. Not much he could do from this situation. Slower ball again outside off, Chigs drags the ball from there into Malik's hands at long-on.

slower delivery outside off, completely throws Chigs off. late, he decides to ramp the ball to third man but no connection

Massive over there from Chigs. Can he keep that up? 38 off 18. Irfan returns

Mansoor: "Anyone complaining about too many slow balls being bowled must keep in mind the slow pace of this pitch and the fact that all Zimbabwe bowlers were taking the pace off the ball as well. This pitch is far from being ideal for T20's!"
