Bharath: "Come on guys. NZ is tough terrain. Even men's team struggles to win in NZ. With Smriti not in team, it's good they competed to this extent. Having said that, I don't mind giving captaincy to young hands of Smriti"

Derrick: "Loving having cricket on screen while I'm at work - and great to see the Kiwi ladies doing the business ahead of the WCWC! Bring it on!"

Devine: It's awesome to lift the cup. It's been a while since we have won a series. It's the blueprint of how we want to play T20 cricket. To get over 150 was a great score for us. With the ball to execute clear plans was really good. It's about changing focus for the ODIs, for me not much changes, really pleased with the performance today, but we know that the real work starts now.

Harmanpreet: We were in the game when we were bowling but unfortunately the last few overs didn't go well for us. Even in batting we did not have partnerships but we have learnt a lot from this match and hope we will improve ourselves in the upcoming matches. When we are playing in one venue, we can learn a lot. Playing in the same venue will definitely help us.

Tahuhu: Not surprising for me, little bit surprising for everyone else, it's a bit of a plan we have talked about doing in the Super Smash and we thought of giving it a go here as well. I think it's a really good way to kick off what will be a really big couple of months for us. To get a win is really important for this group and really chuffed that we could get over the line.

4pm: Comfortable win for New Zealand in this one-off T20I. The Kerr sisters doing the damage with the ball and no-one from the Indian camp dug in for a long innings. Amelia Kerr got the openers in one over when it looked like they were going to launch and then Jess got the Indian captain out with a beauty. Meghana showed her talent with the bat but India were always behind the rate as Devine rotated her bowlers around. Everyone amongst the wickets except for Rowe and they finished the job by restricting India and taking wickets at regular intervals. Hang on for the presentation.

Sachin Gulmadag: "Perhaps Harmanpreet should do what Kohli did. Give up captaincy and carry on a strong and experienced batter"

Nandhana: "It's really unfair to judge her captaincy with such less matches happening round the year. As a captain, she has her bowling rotation, field placements on point. What's the issue here? - Its mainly India's batting line up. We have the capacity to remain not bowled out, but can't surge to scores of 130-150. Lack of power hitters! again!"

HMody: "@abhijeet I'm a big fan of Harman Preet. Though, there comes a time when we have to go back to basics. Like everyone else, she got to defend her spot. I'll be the first here cheering for her as soon as she gets her form back. Look at Kohli per se. Once you are a leader, always a leader. "

Kunal: "@Bala, she's consistently scored 30s and that's what you need from your No. 5 usually at a good pace. Look at her scores in the Hundred and the WBBL and you'll see how she plays when given some support."

Jigar: "The way Harmanpreet played in BBL proves that it is time for India to look beyond Harmanpreet - not the player but the captain. She is dangerous with bat and handy with ball too. May be in building the team she is not able to focus on her game."
