6.25pm That's it from all of us. Hope you enjoyed our coverage as much as we enjoyed bringing it to you. Until next time, ta ta!

Misbah-ul-Haq: "Tough day, especially after winning the toss. There was a little bit in the pitch, could not really exploit that. Gave away too many runs in the last few overs. Last two games boys bowled really well in the death overs. You could say credit should be given to the West Indians, they really cashed in, last 5-6 overs. Sometimes lack of confidence just does wonders like that. The guys up front are struggling a little bit. First 10 overs, in New Zealand conditions, it was seaming a little bit, they bowled really well, we could not negotiate the new ball. It's always difficult. Performances like that can dent you, damage you, we have some time, next game is nine days away. We need to really recover mentally and think about our game. This is how World Cups are. You have to pick yourself up, think about your strategies, think about where you can improve. They are in good form, they batted well in the practice games, that's a positive for us. But we need to perform as a team, one or two performances will not win it for you."

Jason Holder: "Wonderful performance, batted really well. Russell and Sammy and Simmons and Ramdin really put their hand up at the end. Jerome Taylor bowled brilliantly and I supported him well, and we applied a lot of pressure with those early wickets. We lost the first game and we needed to make amends here, really pleased we did that."

Andre Russell is the man of the match. "The way the game was set up was perfect for me to finish the innings off," he says. "Well done to the batters, they did a good job in the middle. The start from Jerome Taylor and Jason Holder, the platform was set up perfectly for me again."

David: "I thought of the Garner-Reid combo, and it looks unlikely either ever bowled to the other. They played in 2 ODIs (#412 & 421). In neither one did Garner bat, and Reid only batted in one, in which he was dismissed by Walsh on the second ball he faced. But Reid-Walsh would have been a pretty tall combo anyway!"

AhmadSaeed: "Misbah needed an extra batsman, so he went with 4 bowlers, to finish the quota of 5th bowler in hurry he could not attack WI batsman in the middle overs. Later on death overs he had very few options. Bowlers were predictable and they bowled very bad."

6.10pm West Indies are back in this World Cup. They needed a big win to recover from their defeat to Ireland, and they've won by 150 runs. It's their biggest win against Pakistan - their previous biggest runs margin being 133 runs back in 1992. It's also Pakistan's biggest defeat in a World Cup, beating the 112-run loss against England in 2003. They are now in all kinds of trouble after losing their first two games by massive margins.

Benn to Sohail Khan, OUT

now he connects with the slog sweep but only with the edge of his bat. Soars 20 storeys high and it's Ramdin who settles under it in the end

big appeal from the fielders behind the wicket but not from Russell. West Indies have reviewed. That seemed to swing away after beating the bat, strangely. Irfan played inside the line of that length ball with an angled bat. Absolutely nothing on snicko when the ball passes his bat. West Indies have wasted a review. Could this come back to haunt them?

short ball outside off and Irfan sways gently away from the line

Has there ever been a taller batsman-bowler combination than Irfan-Benn in the history of this glorious game?
