That ends our offerings for the night. See you tomorrow

Kieron Pollard, Man of the Match: "Feels good. Obviously we were on the losing end last game so we wanted to come out and get over the line. After 15 overs we had 100 or so so we needed to step it up. Try to pick your match-ups, try to pick your bowlers. Try to analyse the game. We knew we had a couple of overs from spinners, and we were going to maximum against them. It is good to see Hardik Pandya striking well. You want him to come out and hit. Looking forward to Sharjah. But we need to bat the situation and not the ground."

Rohit Sharma: "Was a great win. We didn't start really well, but we knew, the kind of attack Punjab has, we wanted to capitalise on that towards the back end. Hardik and Pollard back themselves to get those runs in the end. They have done that on many occasions. It is nice to have them in form. Overall very happy with the batting performances. we knew it wasn't going to be easy with the ball. We knew taking early wickets was crucial. We did that. The captain looks good when the bowlers execute plans well. Feels good to get to 5000 runs. I didn't look much into it. Winning the game was more important."

KL Rahul: "I won't say it is frustrating but obviously it is disappointing. We could have easily been three wins out of four. This game, we didn't bowl well at the back end. Got to learn from the mistakes and come back stronger. Another bowling option would be nice. An allrounder would be great. But we will sit with the coaches and decide whether we need to play an extra bowler or the same team."

Big comprehensive win for Mumbai. Didn't always look like that, especially in the first 14 overs of the game. Thy then turned around that slow start thanks to some ordinary KXIP death bowling, but once they had runs on the board, they were too good for KXIP. There was some seam assistance, which Pattinson and Bumrah exploited. And their spinners were excellent. Pollard and Pandya were top notch with their hitting at the death, taking 89 off the last five overs

Bumrah to Gowtham, 1 run
Sahmi keeps this last yorker out to end this game

Last ball coming up

Bumrah to Gowtham, no run
yorker, just outside off, squeezes under the bat and misses the off stump

RAMA KNIAN: "You all still here? Didn't I tell you all to go home 5 overs ago."

Bumrah to Gowtham, 2 runs
looks for the ramp over short fine this time as Bumrah pitches it up. Off the inside half of the bat it goes, past short fine
Bumrah to Gowtham, FOUR runs
smartly played. Bumrah bowls the short ball to cramp him up. However, this is the slower ball, giving him the time to adjust, and he ramps it over short third
Bumrah to Gowtham, no run
full and straight, hit to extra cover
Bumrah to Mohammed Shami, 1 run
no fast bowlers' pact here. Short, into the ribs, hits the handle of the bat

Last over of the innings. Bumrah to Shami

Boult to Gowtham, SIX runs
oh just clears the long-off. Gets too far under this hit, sends it miles into the air, but gets enough distance on it to clear Pollard at long-off. Consolation six
Boult to Gowtham, FOUR runs
wide slower ball, Gowtham throws his bat at it, gets a thick edge over short third for four
Boult to Mohammed Shami, 1 run
yorker, just outside leg, dug out for one, but the fielding from Boult is sensational. He gets to the ball quick, and flicks an underarm throw acrobatically

Sixer Shami is on. Never a dull moment when he is batting

Boult to Ravi Bishnoi, OUT
another one bites the dust. Full, straight, Bishnoi makes room, gets a thick outside edge, Yadav takes a simple catch at point

Pattinson to Ravi Bishnoi, no run
on a length, outside off, Surya Yadav makes another diving save at point

Ravi Bishnoi is the new man in

Pattinson to Khan, OUT
yorker, given lbw, but he reviews it. It seems he might have hit it, but this has swung as it goes past the bat, and hits him on the toe in front of the stumps. Plumb as. Was that reverse? It went really late
SN Khan lbw b Pattinson 7 (8b 1x4 0x6) SR: 87.50

full toss, on off, gets big on him, for a catch at point. They will check the height of the full toss, though. Has dipped just enough in the nick of time. So it is a fair delivery, and another wicket goes down
