Davids ends the game in style; 125 was a par score but the Cobras chased it down with ease. Unlike Victoria, who had a poor start with the bat, the Cobras seized the momentum in the chase courtesy Brand's quickfire 29. Davids then took over, making 69, with some moments of luck, and Duminy supported him well with a steady 18 in an unbeaten 88-run stand. Davids is the Man of the Match: "I just told myself that it was good to hit it across the line over midwicket than going for it straight. Brand gave us a good start, and those two Victoria wickets early on helped."
