6.38pm Less than 24 hours after it looked like India could not defend a strong total against Hong Kong, they have bowled Pakistan out for 162. A clinical performance from the bowlers: Bumrah and Bhuvneshwar stifled the top order in a way, the middle order and lower order could not recover from. At one point it looked like Babar Azam and Shoaib Malik would consolidate enough with fifties, but both of them fell short of the milestone and the rest crumbled against the spinners. India did drop a few chances, and they will hope they won't cost them much.

Much like their Asia Cup match in 2016 (the T20 version), India have stifled and restricted Pakistan to a below-par total. Pakistan were all out for 83 that day, giving India an asking rate of 4.20. And soon India were 8 for 3 before Virat Kohli rescued them. Today, the required rate is even lower and they don't have Kohli. Will India's middle order fare better than Pakistan's if they're in trouble? And what if Pakistan hold on to all their chances, unlike India? Let's answer all those in the chase in a bit.

Usman Ali: "No one was expecting such a poor batting display from Pakistan team. Poor shot selection all around. Disappointing."

Fahad: "Come one Aamir one more time Spell some magic"

Chitransh Goura: "The turning point for India is the run out of Shoib Malik, I think"

ABAE: "Prof. Hafeez may have been handy today, unfortunate that he's not in the side"

A candid Kedar Jadhav with Ramiz Raja: I've already taken my role seriously, that's why I bowled consistently. Actually, my role is to contain the batsmen and not give too many runs and bowl as many dots as I can. If I get wickets in the process, that's fine. I don't have too many variations and I try to read the batsmen's mind. (On getting his action any lower): No, I've tried in practice but it's no allowed I guess. I don't get much sideways turn, so I stick to wicket-to-wicket line. Not making the ball bounce is my strength. There's not much pace on the ball so batsmen have to use bat speed because I don't give much speed. The ball might turn a bit once it's old after 20-30 overs.
