Younis, who scored a fighting fifty: It's all about the start, we gave away so many no-balls and wides early. And again with the bat we didn't start well

Sangakkara: Great effort to defend a small total. Great effort from Dilshan, but we needed more partnerships, and we should have got a bigger total.

Pakistan will look back and rue how they started with the ball, and then wasted a superb comeback from Afridi with the ball. Malinga and Murali proved too much, although Mendis didn't look very good today. The key stat of the day: Pakistan gave away 20 extras, and lost by 19 runs
