10.24 pm What can we say then? A man single-handedly took the game away from Barbados Tridents tonight after Guyana Amazon Warriors posted a more-than-competitive 158 in their first innings. Five Guyana batsmen scored useful knocks of 20 or more to help their team reach that score, but it was Sohail Tanvir who stole the show. Records tumbled in Bridgetown as Amazon Warriors ease into fourth place, four points head of the team they just demolished. If you're just joining us, don't forget to check out Peter Della Penna's match report. We hope you enjoyed ESPNcricinfo's coverage of this CPL encounter. Till then, it's goodbye from Varun and Sreshth.

10.15 pm The captains now. Winning captain Emrit says: "We knew it'll be tough. The conditions (as they say) were not suitable for the Guyanese. We thought getting 150-plus would be tough for them. Sohail's spell was the best swing bowling I have ever seen in my life. He told us he'd do something special."

Losing captain Pollard says: "The way we bowled today, we thought we can stop them at 130, so yes, they had the psychological advantage after reaching 150. Hats off to Sohail. Our top-order guys had no clue what was going on. He adapted quickly, and single-handedly took the game away from us. It's a bit disappointing, nonetheless. All I want to say is that this is a game we need to forget. We were here for nine days at Bridgetown, but couldn't access the stadium only till yesterday. If we can't, as the home team, access the ground, it's a major disadvantage for the home team."

10.08 pm No surprises as Sohail Tanvir is the Man of the Match. He says: "We knew how important the game was, and that's what we discussed. What we discussed was that we (as seniors) needed to put our hands up. The seniors have stepped up, and credit goes to the whole team. Every wicket was important for me today, you name it, every wicket was of a match-winner's. When we came on this pitch yesterday, there was a bit of grass and moisture so I told my team-mates we can put balls in the right areas, and we were bound to get assistance. I just did the basics right, and got the reward."

Stick around for reactions from the captains and the Man of the Match.

Eric: "How often does it happen that one bowler (tanvir) finishes with figures that are the same as the bowler at the other ends (rashid) best figures?" -- Great spot, Eric. Tanvir's 5 for 3, which is the best five-wicket haul in T20s, is a record that he shares with two other bowlers: Rashid against Ireland in March and Rangana Herath against New Zealand at the 2014 World T20.

Tanvir to Wahab Riaz, OUT

That's the way you do it! Finishes his final ball of the match with another wicket! Good length on the nagging line outside off stump and the batsman can only bottom-edge that onto his off stump. The ball came slightly in and the batsman could only chop that on. Tanvir kisses the pitch before his team-mates join in the celebration.

Wahab's in some serious pain and he's getting some help in the middle from the physio. The umpires decide to take the drinks break while Wahab's recovery (sic) continues.

good length on leg stump, Wahab misses the defense and the ball smacks him straight where no man wants to be hit. The ball jags back after pitching and cramps Wahab. He's in a lot of pain. All Tanvir can do is smile...

slower ball, full just outside off and the batsman tries to loft that over long off for a six. But the delivery has no pace whatsoever, and neither does the shot have the power to take that over the ropes. Chadwick Walton, positioned at long off, calmly takes the catch. His celebration? Not so calm.
