Central just pulls out a spectacular victory who wins the Duleep trophy after 10 years. Last time they defeated North by nine wickets and this season won by 9 runs. It was not as smooth as it looked at the start of the day. South Zone was in the driving seat until they lost the wicket of Lokesh Rahul who scored centuries in both the innings but wickets started to fall on regular basis after that, track played it part but one must also admit the approach of the South batsmen towards the end which was very disastrous. Pankaj Singh, Jalaj, Murtaza and Piyush did the job for them when it required the most, earlier it was Robin Bist who top scored for them in both the innings. Rahul adjudged man of the match. That's all we had from this season of Duleep trophy, thanks for following the game and for your comments. This is Chandan Duorah signing off, cheers!
