2.25pm That's all from us at ESPNcricinfo. Don't forget to join us for the day's second game - between Pakistan and New Zealand - in a little while! See you soon.

2.15pm Harmanpreet Kaur: "Happy to qualify into the semis. But a lot of areas to improve. It'a a short format, so sometimes when your main bowler doesn't bowl according to plan, so you need other bowlers to bowl. That's why Jemmy and I bowled today. To win the WT20, we need to be aggressive in the field. And today, we didn't bat according to our plans. Same with the bowlers, so need to improve in those areas. Against Australia, we need to be aggressive. If you want to win against them, you need to be aggressive.

Laura Delany: "Delighted with how we approached the game. We were superb in the first innings. To restrict them to 145 when they scored 195 against NZ is a big achievement. We were much sharper in the field today. Our batting has been exposed to better bowling attacks, and we're still trying to find the right balance with the batting order. We're pretty taken aback in this tournament. Players from other countries have been very supportive."

Mithali Raj is the Player of the Match "I'm sure my knee will get better," she says. "Today the wicket was quite challenging. The pitch was soft. And playing slower bowlers was difficult, but the partnership with Smriti was crucial. Hopefully we can get a better pitch next game. When someone (Smriti) is going through a lean patch, you need to give them positivity. This team has definitely improved since the last world cup. They're ready to put in the effort, and the way we've started off.. it's been incredible. And I want this team to play the finals. When we bat, we try and innovate to suit our format."

Poonam Yadav to Waldron, no run, full just outside off stump, and she tries to paddle sweep. But she misses, and Taniya removes the bails to signify the end of the game. India win by 52 runs and qualify into the semi-finals!
Yadav to Maritz, OUT, another stumping! This is definitely the third one for Taniya. Full ball just outside off. She comes down the wicket to try and lift it over Radha, but the ball goes past her outside edge and Taniya was waiting to pounce on it

L Maritz st †Bhatia b Yadav 0 (1b 0x4 0x6) SR: 0.00

Yadav to Waldron, 1 run, OUT, full on middle stump, and nudged off the back foot to square leg. Richardson's not looking at the fielder, and she's going for the second. Waldron isn't even thinking of a second, and that means Richardson is stranded halfway. Hemalatha aims at the keeper's end, and Taniya whips the bails off in a flash

EAJ Richardson run out (Hemalatha/†Bhatia) 4 (4b 0x4 0x6) SR: 100.00

Yadav to Garth, OUT, that's her third stumping! But the stumping won't count since the ball grazed the stumps before it went into her gloves. Will go down as a 'bowled' on the stats column. It was a full ball on middle, that teasingly turned away from the batsman as she came down the wicket. A classical legbreak delivery to prise out another wicket

KJ Garth b Yadav 3 (5b 0x4 0x6) SR: 60.00

Kaur to Joyce, OUT, holes out! Full outside off stump, and she shuffles across to try and paddle this over the leg side. But it's nowhere close to perfectly timed, and Harmanpreet collects another wicket

IMHC Joyce c Poonam Yadav b Kaur 33 (38b 4x4 0x6) SR: 86.84

Sharma to Kavanagh, OUT, big appeal for lbw, but not given! Should India review? And they are! Length ball outside off, and skidding into her pads. Impact is near off stump, so surely this will be close. UltraEdge says there's no bat. What does ball-tracking say? It says...OUT! This would've clipped leg stump. The umpire must change his decision.

SM Kavanagh lbw b Sharma 2 (6b 0x4 0x6) SR: 33.33

Sharma to Joyce, FOUR runs, full outside off, and dragged from outside off stump. Off the bat's middle, and the ball's been placed far enough from the fielder - Mansi - at deep midwicket
Sharma to Joyce, FOUR runs, drilled! Full just outside off, and she skips down the ground to lift it right over Deepti's head. One-bounce four
Kaur to Kavanagh, no run, back of a length outside off, and extra bounce forces the batsman to miss the cut. Through to Taniya
Yadav to Delany, OUT, turn from Radha, and that's been stumped! Full on middle, and turning across her body. Delany looks to nudge this towards the leg side, but she's been beaten by the spin and Taniya makes no mistake once again

L Delany st †Bhatia b Yadav 9 (17b 0x4 0x6) SR: 52.94

Hemalatha to Joyce, FOUR runs, full just outside off, and swept from outside the stumps! Timed to perfection, and this time it's racing away to the boundary
Hemalatha to Joyce, 1 run, cheeky But not well executed. Full outside off, and she shuffles across to try and paddle over the keeper. Played square on the leg side, though
Hemalatha to Joyce, FOUR runs, good length outside off stump. And she waits for the ball to get to her, before pummeling a pull into the leg-side boundary

Poonam Yadav to Shillington, OUT, stumped! Third time lucky for Taniya. Tempting flighted delivery outside off, and Shillington came skipping down the ground to smack this over cover, but she's absolutely deceived by the lack of pace, and the keeper makes no mistake

CMA Shillington st †Bhatia b Poonam Yadav 23 (23b 3x4 0x6) SR: 100.00

Sharma to Shillington, no run, big appeal for stumping! Was Shillington's back leg behind the crease? It was a quicker ball that skidded through, and her attempted slog didn't connect. She did stretch forward, and her back leg did slide outside the crease, but it came back before the keeper whipped the bails off. She survives!
Poonam Yadav to Shillington, FOUR runs, full just outside off, and that's been shellacked to the deep midwicket boundary! Falls just beyond the fielder placed at the deep
Poonam Yadav to Shillington, no run, extra flight outside off, and turning away after pitching. Entices Shillington to drive to cover, but she misses and Taniya quickly whips the bails off. Was her back leg in the air? Taniya believes so and therefore we're going to the third umpire. Well, her back leg was in the air, but it came down right in time

Poonam Yadav

Sharma to Lewis, OUT, strikes first ball! Length ball outside off, and turning into Lewis. She tries to nudge this towards the leg side, but the ball sneaks between bat and pad, and thereafter clips the top of off stump

GH Lewis b Sharma 9 (19b 1x4 0x6) SR: 47.36

Final over of the Powerplay. Deepti Sharma, offbreak

Joshi to Shillington, FOUR runs, full toss on off, and smacked across the line to deep midwicket. Clears her front leg, and her bat swing does the rest
Yadav to Shillington, FOUR runs, full toss on middle stump, and deposited into the mid-wicket boundary. Swings across the line, and generates enough power to clear the infield
Yadav to Lewis, 1 wide, tries to reverse sweep but misses. Full outside off, and turning further away. Jemimah appeals for the caught-behind, but the umpire calls it a wide
Joshi to Lewis, no run, full outside off, and left alone by Lewis. Through to Jemimah and that's a maiden over!

Can Joshi prise out a maiden over? An extra fielder comes onto the off side

Yadav to Lewis, no run, beautiful bowling. Drift, dip and turn to have her looking to drive, only to tease the outside edge.
Joshi to Lewis, FOUR runs, drops short and gets punished. Lewis picks the length early, gets on top of the bounce and pulls this all along the ground to the deep square leg boundary.
Joshi to Lewis, no run, edged, but lands short of Deepti at gully again. Excellent bowling from Mansi. Lewis is jabbing at the ball
