Afghanistan lay the bogeyman to ground, UAE finally beaten by them and it took two terrific innings from Man of the Match Mohammad Nabi and Sami Shenwari to do it. They rescued Afghanistan from 124 for 4 and once he survived a chance when on 16, Nabi went on to make UAE pay. Young Usman Ghani staked his claim for a regular spot in the senior team with another fifty and Noor Ali was his usual immaculate self until getting out. When UAE were batting and Amjad Ali and Khurram Khan were together it looked like they'd at least get close to the target of 302 but Amjad fell for 98 and Khurram soon after and UAE fell away. Two out of two wins for Afghanistan so far, UAE have lost their two. Saturday's a rest day, the ACC Premier League resumes on Sunday. Thank you for being with us.
