11.20pm Billings has his hands aloft, takes high-five from his team-mates. His career-best 78* gives Islamabad their second win. Smith and Haddin fell early, but Billings settled in and gradually shifted gears to power Islamabad home. Watson assisted him with a cameo of 36 off 27 balls. It has been a difficult week for Islamabad United; this victory comes as a significant boost.

Billings, Man of the Match: It helps when guys like Watson come in and smack it like he did. The guys in subcontinent are good with variations, but I felt as it if I was there till the end we will win. Smithy has got a fifty, Hads has done well in one game, everyone has chipped in. Year on year playing in different leagues around the world is as much a life experience as cricketing experience.

Billings may be a peripheral figure in England's one-day set-up, but his appetite for learning and hard graft is increasingly hard to ignore. I will leave you with this cracker from Will Macpherson. Thanks for tuning in. Same place, same time tomorrow. Goodbye and good night.

Perera to Billings, FOUR runs, Billings finishes it for Islamabad. Poor ball - full-toss outside off - Billings uses his wrists and shovels it away to the right of deep midwicket

Umar Gul to Billings, FOUR runs, pretty full and on off stump, Billings sits deep in the crease and whiplashes it away to the long-on fence. That's some shot
