good length, on middle, and paddled over square leg for four! Gladiators win by five wickets and finish fifth
Kings vs Gladiators, 30th Match at Karachi, PSL, Mar 15 2020 - Match Result
Gladiators won by 5 wickets (with 22 balls remaining)
10.30pm That's all from us at ESPNcricinfo. See you on Feb 17 for the semifinals. On behalf of Deiva Muthu, this is Sreshth Shah signing off.
10.19pm Time for the presentation
Sarfaraz Ahmed, Quetta Gladiators captain: "We've done well for four years, unfortunately this year it wasn't so. The bowlers did well today, and took wickets in the middle, only then can you stop batsmen. Our opening stand was also good, Watson and Manzoor were great too. The tournament has been amazing. Congratulations to everyone. The crowd was great everywhere, not just Karachi. Great sign."
Babar Azam, Karachi Kings captain: "The runs were a bit less. The plans early on, we couldn't play like that because of Sharjeel's dismissal. We had tweaked the batting order too, so the total wasn't as good as it could. We need to focus on the semifinals. The past is done. We need to focus on our best combination and strengths. Throughout the tournament, we've done pretty well."
Shane Watson, man of the match: "Nice to get a few in the middle. Wish it came in a cause where we qualified. PSL 2020 was phenomenal. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to play with crowds last few games, but the crowd's been phenomenal this season. I'm not sure if I'll be here next year. Will be with family for the next six months."
10pm Defending champions Quetta Gladiators finish the season with a win. If only they had a few more thumping wins, they could've finished fourth. But for now, both teams shake hands (well, atleast some of them do)
Adnan: "Now get to the real point. Who is the find for Pakistan in this PSL? Any guesses.... I couldn't figure it out...!"
Ishfaq Ahmad Bh: "Lets play semifinal and final after COvid disaster is over...... Common PCB"

good length, on off. Clipped to square leg

Asad Rasool: "Expecting twist in the tail"
on a hattrick! Back of a length, on middle. Tries to guide it leg side, but leading edge gives an easy catch to cover
