4.20pm And that will be the game for Australia A, completing a dominant 119-run victory. Australia A win with the bonus point too. Another convincing win for Australia A, and they are cruising through this competition so far with two bonus-point wins. India A were in it initially, but lost regular wickets and were soon struggling. Australia A bowled discernibly well too. Thoroughly deserved win.

Joe Burns is the Man of the Match. "It was one of those days. It's a frustrating game at times but when you get the luck, you have to ride it."

Chand: "Very disappointed but it is part of the game. It was a flat wicket too. Getting big runs is important, two batsmen have to stay there till the end. I threw it away too."

Khawaja: "Fun to get out there and score those runs. Always areas where you can improve, but I would have to be very picky. We took enough wickets to close out the game."

Sandhu to Kulkarni, OUT, what a catch Pattinson. Unbelievable catch. A good length delivery which is hit in the air over mid-off, Pattinson runs back and takes an amazing running catch over his head. Brilliant stuff from Patto.

  • Joe Burns, the stable and sensible

His 131-ball 154 may not mean he is destined for international greatness, but it showed how well he thinks with bat in hand, and how well he susses up conditions
