Three players have been reported for suspected illegal bowling actions after the first round of games at the ICC World Twenty20 Qualifier on Friday.
The ICC said that Namibia's Louis van der Westhuizen, Munir Dar of Hong Kong and Nasir Aziz of UAE would be required to submit to analysis from their home boards. They will be allowed to continue bowling during the period of assessment.
All three players were involved in Group A matches. Van der Westhuizen, the Namibia opener, took 1 for 20 against Ireland, Dar 1 for 16 in Hong Kong's win over Italy and Aziz 2 for 14 against Uganda. Both van der Westhuizen and Dar bowl slow left-arm, while Aziz is an offspinner.
The boards of Namibia, Hong Kong and UAE will be required to submit written reports on the players' actions to the ICC within the next seven days.
