74 - South Africa's total against India in Cuttack, their lowest in men's T20Is. Their previous lowest was 87 all out, also against India, in 2022 in Rajkot. Three of South Africa's top four lowest totals in the format have come against India.
9 - Wins by a margin of 100-plus runs for India in T20Is, the second-most by any team. Only Canada, with ten wins, has more such wins. All of India's wins of 100-plus runs have come against full-member teams; no other team has more than four in the matches between full-member teams.
This was the sixth time South Africa lost a T20I by 100-plus runs. No other full-member team has had more than three such defeats. Three of those have come against India only.
101 - T20I wickets for Jasprit Bumrah. He is only the second Indian to complete 100 wickets in men's T20Is, after Arshdeep Singh (107).
5 - Bowlers with 100-plus wickets in all three formats in international cricket, with Bumrah being the latest. He joins an elite club that includes Lasith Malinga, Shakib Al Hasan, Tim Southee and Shaheen Shah Afridi.
8 - Dismissals for David Miller against Hardik Pandya in T20 cricket. No other bowler has dismissed Miller more than four times in this format. He has scored 70 off 55 balls against Hardik, averaging 8.75 and striking at 127.27. Six of those eight dismissals have come in T20Is for 44 runs in 42 balls. Miller hasn't got out to any other bowler more than three times in T20Is.
100 - Sixes for Hardik in T20Is, making him the fourth Indian to hit that many. Out of those, 66, including the two in Cuttack, have come in the death overs (17-20), the most by any batter in this phase, where ball-by-ball data is available.
47 - Wickets taken by Arshdeep in the first six overs of the innings in T20Is, the joint-most for India in this phase, alongside Bhuvneshwar Kumar. Only Southee (65), Afridi (55), Karan KC (50) and Mark Adair (48) have taken more wickets in the first six overs than Arshdeep in men's T20Is, where ball-by-ball data is available.
3 Fifty-plus scores by Hardik while batting at No. 6 or lower in T20Is. No other Indian batter has scored more than one. All six of Hardik's T20I fifties have come while batting at No. 5 or lower. The next highest among Indian batters is three by Rinku Singh.
