Profile

Ken Skewes will begin his third season as a rookie-contracted player at South Australia in 2007-08 after taking some positive steps last summer. He added two one-day games to his tally and played all four Twenty20 matches, the first of which was a highlight as he made 78 against Victoria. That day ended better for Skewes than it started - he had a horror session in the field and spilled three catches. Skewes moved to Adelaide from Darwin, where he was a regular member of Northern Territory under-age sides. In 2004 and 2005 he spent time at the Academy in Brisbane.
