Jeffris Hopkins was a wicketkeeper-batsman who did little in his three seasons at Middlesex which came either side of spells playing for Glamorgan 2nd XI. He played regularly for Wales, being a key member of their side in the inaugural ICC Trophy in 1979 where he made 72 against USA and 92 against Israel.
