Geoffrey Morton was a right-arm fast bowler who played twice for Middlesex in 1950 without taking a wicket. He fared no better in his one other first-class outing - for MCC - and, a genuine rabbit, he managed one run in his three innings. He played for Middlesex 2nd XI between 1949 and 1951 and between 1954 and 1957 he umpired 13 first-class matches, almost all at Lord's and including two County Championship games.
