Profile

Peewee Howe was a gifted rugby player for Border, usually playing flyhalf or centre. He represented South Africa on the 1956 tour of Australia and New Zealand where he played in two Tests and was one of the stars of the team, scoring a try on his Test debut in Dunedin.
