Although yet to make his senior competitive debut for Lancashire, Gavin Griffiths completed his progression from Under-13s to senior level by signing a professional contract for 2013. A right-arm fast bowler, he was a member of the team that won the Second XI Trophy in 2012 and has won representative honours with England Under-19s.
