Doris Francis

Doris Francis was 25 when she took up cricket, and she has never looked back. A medium pace bowler with a best of 5 for 27, Francis first played representative cricket for Dominica in 1005, before going on to play for West Indies against Lancashire in 2000; Sri Lanka in 2003, and she went on tour to India and Pakistan in 2004. She also travelled to Holland in 2003, as she helped her team to qualify for the 2005 World Cup in South Africa.
