Wisden Obituary
Weir, Harold Stanley, who died in Maryborough on June 11, 2002, aged 98, had
been Queensland's oldest living first-class cricketer. A left-handed allrounder, Stan Weir played for them only once, against MCC in 1928-29 - their first victory over an English side in eight attempts.
