I suggest that the Indian team coach should be replaced with somebody who is much more strategic. The best example was Gary. Secondly the players should be used on a rotational basis, where the capacity of a normal player should be analyzed. and also it should be ensured that the players do not get involved in excesssive cricket of any form. The rotation should be minor changes in the team.
