Yeah, I think he should have been out there. No different to the ball popping up off a fielder and being caught by another.

Definitely out. Dead ball was the wrong call, but I'm sure the umpire thought he was doing the right thing.

ohhh.. so badly hits on to his head.. and surely the batsman has gone as the bowler seems to be injured very seriously... :o
