The UAE is a real misfit. The cricketers are just expatriates or children born while being one.Just long term temporary residents. Kenya would have been the perfect one.

As far as practice is concerned the associates do not need practice among themselves .They need practice against Full members, Bangladesh was a very wesk associate who is developing only due to practice against other full members. Why are media so unfair with Ireland. They want to club Ireland with other associates by using generalized 'Associate' tag. Ireland if they can play 15 international matches per year will be surely 100 times better than Bangladesh. Again Associates do need practce but agaunst Full members. Try to understand the difference.Please. I for one would have liked just 2 associates. Hope they have 2 associates in next wc. The decision of not having associates at all is wrong as some media wants. Two are a must.
