PKumar as usual swings well but does NOT take many wkts. He needs to improve in 3 areas. 1. Ideas to set up batsman. 2. Pitch the ball up to the batsman more. If the batsman is beaten consecutive deliveries that means he is NOT bowling full enough. Adjust the length by a foot or so. 3. Hit the stumps as much as possible. BKumar is better in all 3 above aspects which is why he gets early wickets almost every time. BK in fact swings less than PK or Sandeep Sharma. Sandeep Sharma also needs to be groomed well in above aspects. All is fine for T20. What will they do in ODI or Test after initial 10-15 overs? Better develop yorkers & slower ones. Mohit Sharma has done well recently to develop the good concealed slower ones. Hard workers get lucky usually.
