23.6 to HK Matthews, gone, that's the partnership broken just as it was gathering some momentum. Not the greatest shot. Full from Jonassen, curving in, pitching on middle stump, and continuing on with the arm. A good ball, but not the greatest shot. Looks to make room and drive inside-out, playing for non-existent turn, and it sneaks past her outside edge and crashes into leg stump. 86/2 45.5 to SR Taylor, two in two for Jonassen, Taylor goes this time! Taylor came down against the spinner and wanted to clear long on, but her swing was not enough as Villani took the catch well inside the boundary line. Not sure if that shot was required after the wicket and four overs to go after this. 196/8 | ||||||||

38.2 to MR Aguilleira, well bowled, slower ball, full and fairly wide outside off, and that is a super catch from Meg Lanning. Goes for the big hit, slices it away over cover. Lanning runs to her left from mid-off, dives, and grabs it about a foot from the ground with both hands. 161/5 | ||||||||

10.4 to F Walters, that's the first breakthrough - Walters tries to break the shackles, pulls and is caught at square leg! It was a short ball from Perry, not a long hop, and Walters struck it well but it was taken rather comfortably around head height by Villani inside the circle. Perry punches the air. 34/1 36.6 to DJS Dottin, the best possible response from the bowler. Just gets back to bowling her stock ball, the length ball with just a hint of inward movement towards off stump. Excellent delivery, and it knocks back off stump after Dottin plays a slightly loose shot, looking to drive with a twirl of her bottom wrist, into the covers, and opening up a gap between bat and pad. 157/4 46.6 to ASS Fletcher, this one's headed for the stumps and it's hit the stumps. On length and going straight, Fletcher opts for a cross-bat shot and misses it, the ball deflects off the pad to the stumps. 202/9 | ||||||||

32.1 to CN Nation, and Beams strikes! A bit of a soft dismissal, looking to hit that flighted, middle-stump ball over the leg side. Doesn't get any elevation, and midwicket takes it comfortably at chest height. 123/3 40.1 to SF Daley, a top edge off a full toss and that's a dolly for long-on, West Indies lose another. It was a flighted full toss around middle and leg, Daley swept it to leg but didn't time it properly at all and the top edge went high down the ground for Blackwell to get under it. 168/6 | ||||||||

30.1 to BL Mooney, there comes the wicket that they have been trying for, for so long. Mooney charged down the track and looked to loft that over the covers but didn't reach the line of the ball and missed it. The ball was headed straight for the stumps. 171/1 34.1 to MM Lanning, Lanning dances down the pitch, seems to have middled it, lofts it high, Matthews runs back all the way from mid-off and takes a superb catch! She keep her eyes on the ball all through, pouches the ball with both hands while sliding on her knees close to the boundary midway between long-on and long-off. 189/2 | ||||||||
