2.5 to JJ Roy, Given lbw! Roy thinks he got an inside edge. If he didn't hit it, it was plumb. Full and straight, no swing and Roy was caught on the crease, he wiped across the line and got hit on the front pad and then back pad. Not sure if there was an inside edge. Roy was disappointed. But if he didn't hit it, he has nothing to complain about. 26/1 16.2 to AM Hardie, Given lbw! Ellis speared this straight at middle and leg, Hardie stepped across his stumps trying to work to leg, he missed and got hit plumb infront of middle and leg. That was a simple decision. 135/6 19.1 to JP Inglis, bowled him with a superb slower ball! Cleverly bowled. Disguised it well, Inglis backed away to carve a normal speed delivery but didn't pick the slower ball and it beat him and crashed into middle and off. 170/7 19.5 to JA Richardson, clean bowled! Full and straight on middle, he swung across the line trying to heave it over midwicket but it was too quick and crashed into middle. 177/8
1 | 0 | 9 | 1 | 9.00 | 2 | 0 | 1 | 0 | 0 | |
4.6 to C Munro, bowled off an inside edge! Tossed up slower outside off, Munro gave himself room to square drive on the up, he gets a thin inside edge and drags it onto off stump! Jacks gets his first BBL wicket. 44/2
4 | 0 | 27 | 2 | 6.75 | 7 | 1 | 1 | 0 | 0 | |
5.4 to LS Livingstone, pulled straight to Malan at deep square! Livingstone got another short long hop, he tried to hit this into the upper deck again and mis hit it, dragging it flat to deep backward square and it's a simple catch for Malan. 52/3 7.5 to MR Marsh, Given lbw! Marsh plonked the front pad forward again and Lamichhane hit the front shin with a turning wrong un. Marsh didn't pick it and the umpire gave him out. It was turning a fair way. Would not be surprised if this was missing leg. Maybe just clipping.. 66/4
3 | 0 | 18 | 1 | 6.00 | 6 | 0 | 1 | 0 | 0 | |
13.5 to AJ Turner, clean bowled! A horrible swipe across the line. It was a stock ball, not a wrong un, Turner picked the wrong un and got down on one knee to launch over deep midwicket and it spun through the gate and crashed into middle!. 108/5 |

0.6 to MS Wade, leading edge balloons back to the bowler! Back of a length on leg, it might have just held in the surface, Wade pushed out it front of his body and was surprised by the way it held up, got a leading edge and it just lobbed back to Richardson. 6/1 2.4 to BR McDermott, towering sky ball well taken by Turner at cover! A length ball, McDermott advanced and tried to loft down the ground, he got under it and hit it straight up, if the roof wasn't open it might have hit the roof, Turner had to sit under it and called everyone out, it drifted late but he took the catch well. 11/2 10.4 to PSP Handscomb, clean bowled! Handscomb is kicking himself. Brilliant slower ball from Richardson, disguised to well, Handscomb was looking for normal pace and tried to loft over wide mid on, he missed and Richardson hit. Middle and off were splayed.. 77/4 18.5 to TH David, high full toss mishit down the throat of deep cover. Is it a no-ball for above waist high or is it out? David stands his grand. The umpires sent it to the TV umpire. It's line ball. David has lowered into the shot and the third umpire has deemed it's a legal delivery! He's out. He mis hit it high to deep cover and Munro took the catch easily. 148/8

5.5 to DJ Malan, holes out to deep cover-point! Full outside off, he leans back and slices a drive in the air straight to Munro at deep point, looking straight into the sun but he takes the catch well. 33/3 12.4 to DJM Short, holes out to deep backward square! Slower ball on leg, Short was through the shot and ended up dragging it behind square and hit it straight to Richardson in the deep. He took the catch easily. 100/5

16.6 to NT Ellis, picks out Hardie at mid off! This was fuller, speared into leg stump, Ellis sat back and stayed leg side, but he was cramped trying to loft over mid off again, he hit it flat to Hardie's right on the circle and he held the catch well. 140/7

14.3 to WG Jacks, holes out to long off! Hardie nearly made a mess of it at long off but he held on well. Tossed up again, Jacks was down the track to loft straight but he got under it, Hardie came in off the rope and then had to back track and take the catch above his head. But he did well. 111/6
