Fletcher cleared the front leg seemingly wanting to slog, then changed his mind but didn't exactly try to jam this in defense either. 2.2 to KS Melius, flighted on fifth stump, goes to slog over mid-on and skies this high over mid-off. Hetmyer jogs in from the ring and takes a straightforward catch with palms facing into his chest.. 17/1 2.5 to M Deyal, he can't make the most of the letoff. Flighted full on off, it was a googly and he goes for a big booming drive but the ball skews off the edge once again and this time floats directly to backward point. Can't clear the deep boundary at cow corner where King takes a catch at waist height jogging left 5 yards inside the rope.. 142/6 19.5 to RL Chase, length ball that Chase tries to heave over midwicket, big appeal turned down but Chase starts to walk on what looks like a toe edge that just carries low to Pooran behind. King is caught flat footed and tries to knock it down but has no chance, it climbs too sharply and the deflection floats to Fletcher's right, taking it in front of slip.. 1/1 1.6 to SO Hetmyer, bouncer does the trick again for the New Zealander! Short on the stumps, skies a pull to deep square and Deyal comes in 20 yards from the boundary to take a simple catch.. 5/2 17.2 to KMA Paul, fullish length ball outside off, slogs to deep midwicket.
