15.5 to PD Collingwood, oh, Collingwood has played on! He's chopped down on a ball angled across him and it's bounced into the off stump, removing just the one bail. 47/4
2056833.409312002
1.6 to AN Cook, Cook's misery continues! He's undone by some regulation swing bowling from Asif, and Kamran's pouched the edge easily. Asif had swung the last few back in to the left-handed batsman but got this one to just hold its line on off stump. A little nick, a regulation catch, and first blood to Pakistan!. 9/1
30.6 to GP Swann, gone this time! Swann departs and Asif has a second wicket! Lovely bowling, so simple, touch of away movement, finds a thickish outside edge and there is nothing as solid as Pakistan's slip catching at the moment!. 94/7
59.3 to JM Anderson, Asif snakes one back in the other way, Anderson played for the outswinger and tried to defend at the last moment, but ball beats bat and that looked out straight away. Anderson asks for a review, but that's very optimistic indeed - that would've snapped leg stump in half. 214/9
1866353.508510042
10.3 to AJ Strauss, huge appeal for a catch behind! Is that a maiden Test wicket for Wahab Riaz? Umpire Hill says no... but they think about it and refer it. Well, he's got a huge edge on that so the decision's over-turned and that's out! Great moment for the young bowler. And despite the fairly lifeless wicket England have lost both openers. 35/2
14.1 to IJL Trott, what a good catch! Wahab Riaz gets his second wicket and Trott is gone. A thick edge flew quickly to the cordon and Yasir Hameed at second slip has dived to his right to take a sharp chance. 40/3
21.5 to KP Pietersen, Riaz gets another one on debut! That ball was on off stump and just nipping away a touch, Pietersen got a thin edge through to Kamran and KP was walking before the umpire gave his decision. 67/5
27.4 to EJG Morgan, great bowling! Got him this time! The line was closer to off stump, just a fraction of movement away off the pitch and Morgan could only fence an edge through to Akmal! England in huge trouble and Calamity Kamran has caught everything on offer today!. 74/6
58.4 to SCJ Broad, slower ball from Riaz, the ball strikes Broad on the front pad to elicit a huge appeal... The Umpire agrees, and that looked really adjacent. But Broad's asked for the review here... Nope, that's stone dead and Riaz has five on debut!. 213/8
9.313213.36373000
62.3 to ST Finn, haha, Yousuf will be celebrating this! The drop catch costs just a run. Finn pops forward to defend and it spins past the bat and thuds into the pad in front of off. So, England end all out for 233.. 233/10

17.3 to Imran Farhat, Anderson with the breakthrough! Farhat has worked so hard to try and get through to tonight but this was full and outside off, inviting a drive which came off the inside edge and ricochetted on to off stump! Big breakthrough for England, they really needed that. 48/1
90.2 to Saeed Ajmal, Cleaned up! Ajmal comes forward and eases into a perfect forward defence... but he's played down the wrong line and the ball clips the top of off stump. 270/9
2547222.8812211110
83.1 to Kamran Akmal, caught! Akmal flashed hard outside off, trying to force a drive through point but it's gone a bit finer than he wanted, straight into the hands of Morgan at backward point. Good catch - that ball was travelling.. 251/7
89.5 to Mohammad Amir, not so secure any more! Amir has gone! Broad went slightly fuller and Amir prodded at it outside off, just a faint edge and Prior does the rest. This game continues to rattle along!. 269/8
2047413.708812000
18.2 to Yasir Hameed, but that is out! It was a similar ball, rising from a length and moving away off the seam. Again Hameed looked very uncertain, being squared up at the crease and just pushing at the ball outside off to send a regulation nick through to Prior. England strike early!. 48/2
27.296842.481307100
26.2 to Salman Butt, edged, and gone! Butt stepped back and across this time, looking to cut as Swann came round the wicket, and got a thick edge as the ball spun away from him. Prior juggled the chance once, twice... and then held it to spark the celebrations! There was a clear edge and a big deflection on that, and Butt walks off as soon as the catch is held. 76/3
42.1 to Wahab Riaz, and once again Swann has struck in the first over of a spell! He's around the wicket to Riaz, who tries to sweep and is struck on the front pad, Steve Davis gives it lbw and after checking with Yousuf, Riaz wants a review. It was pitching in line, moving on with the arm to clip the off stump - that's out!. 110/4
62.4 to Mohammad Yousuf, gone! Yousuf departs, clipping a return catch back to the bowler! He looked to drive the ball through cover but the ball took the inner half of the bat to present the bowler with a simple caught-and-bowled chance. That's massive. How will Pakistan respond? And what's more, Swann a recent addition to the ICC's Cricketer of the Year shortlist, has reached 100 Test wickets!. 179/5
100.2 to Mohammad Asif, all over now! I'm not sure Ali will be too pleased with this! He's left stranded on 92 as Asif swishes a gentle catch to mid off. Nice moment here where Kevin Pietersen gives Ali a pat on the back for his innings. Pakistan have a 75-run first-innings lead and Swann finishes with 4 for 68. 308/10

0.4 to AJ Strauss, gone this time! It's Strauss who is out first! No need to play here but Strauss has been struggling against the Pakistan left-arm seamers all summer. Just back of a length around off stump, Strauss fiddled it and it got an edge to second slip who made no mistake! Massive roar from Amir!. 4/1
62.5 to IJL Trott, loose drive, and caught in the gully! Trott had been so patient, almost three-and-a-half hours for his 36, but he's finally flung his bat at a wide delivery and he's paid the price. The ball was fuller, inviting the drive, but still quite wide and really should have been left alone. Trott lunged at it and sliced a catch straight to Azhar at gully. Two quick wickets for Pakistan, and they're right back in this. 195/5
66.3 to PD Collingwood, edged and gone! Kamran holds another one! This landed on a length quite wide of off and Collingwood tried to force it away through cover, but a hint of movement away through the air and some good bounce meant the ball took a thick edge straight through to the keeper, who made no mistake! Pakistan are on a roll!. 202/6
72.1 to MJ Prior, there goes another one! Amir lands one on off stump from round the wicket and gets the ball to kink away late towards the slips to take a thin edge through to Kamran. Great piece of quick bowling there, reminiscent of a certain Wasim Akram, delivered at high pace and reversing away late. And Kamran clings on to the chance! Pakistan can smell a win here!. 210/8
76.6 to SCJ Broad, well, that didn't take long...short ball, Broad goes for the pull but can only lob it straight to mid-on. 222/10
1674502.81818002
814015.00336013
50.1 to AN Cook, all over now! Cook is strangled out, getting a faint tickle down the leg side but it's been a career saving and match-turning hundred, he rightly gets a standing ovation from the Oval crowd but that is a crucial breakthrough for Pakistan, they really needed that. 156/3
3177142.291508000
11.1 to JM Anderson, gone! He strikes first ball and this one turned nicely outside off, took Anderson's outside edge and Kamran held a sharp catch behind the stumps. 40/2
61.6 to KP Pietersen, bowled 'im! Great piece of offspin bowling from Ajmal, tossed up on off stump to invite the drive, dipping and turning back in to disturb the off bail as a huge gap was left between bat and pad! Ajmal's been plugging away with plenty of variation, and he's picked up a second wicket now. Just what Pakistan needed after the break!. 194/4
67.3 to EJG Morgan, bowled him! Another one falls! This rushed straight on from Ajmal, landing on off stump and zipping through a big gap between bat and pad in Morgan's defences. Morgan certainly didn't read the variation there, he played for turn where there was none. 206/7
75.2 to GP Swann, Ajmal strikes again! Swann gone! It was a touch short and spun back quickly, cramping Swann for room as he tried to cut, he couldn't get a bat on it in the end and the ball crashed into middle stump. Pakistan are flying now!. 220/9

0.5 to Yasir Hameed, gone! Early strike for England, Hameed pushes hard outside off stump and sends a thick edge to second slip where Graeme Swann holds the chance at the second attempt. Boy, that almost slipped out and he did very well to compose himself and grab the rebound. 5/1
32.1 to Mohammad Yousuf, yorked him! Yousuf's off stump has been knocked out of the ground! Memories of Anderson's dismissal of him in Cape Town at the World Cup in 2003. It was an excellent yorker, searingly full and fast, swinging away. Now this really will set Pakistan's nerves jangling... Just 17 needed.... 131/5
603505.83185010
18.445032.67886000
11.3 to Imran Farhat, gone! England really needed that! Farhat is dismissed trying to smash a sweep shot, he missed it and it thudded into his pad bang in front. He asks for a review but it only confirms the worst. 57/2
21.2 to Salman Butt, gone now! Swann is just about keeping England above water. Butt has played very well today for 48 and here he just popped forward to defend but it spun, took the outside edge and Collingwood snaffled it at slip. 103/3
33.3 to Kamran Akmal, Drama! We're going to have another review here! Kamran padded up to an offspinner from Swann, the ball spun back sharply and Tony Hill raises the finger. Replays suggest that is clipping the top of off, the umpire's decision is upheld! Kamran out for 0, and now Pakistan will be nervous. 132/6
