2.3 to TM Dilshan, bizarre dismissal, Dilshan had no idea where the ball went after he played that, he defended it off the front foot, it bounced near his feet and bounced back towards the stumps, Dilshan was looking for the single as he wasn't aware where the ball was, it bounced a second time before hitting the stumps, Dilshan is bowled. 9/1 4.5 to WU Tharanga, that confident shot off the previous ball doesn't do Tharanga much good, one again he chases a wide one, it was moving away as well, Tharanga had to reach out for that one, this time he edges, through to Dhoni, not much footwork from Tharanga there, Zaheer has his second. 19/2 | ||||||||||

5.3 to LD Chandimal, Chandimal is gone for a duck, India are on top, he was caught on the crease as he looked to play that delivery to the leg side, it was on a length, pitching on middle, Chandimal missed, the ball moved in a hint and struck the pads, the umpires agrees, correctly, with Irfan's appeal and SL are 20/3. 20/3 | ||||||||||

35.1 to MS Dhoni, and what a comeback, one of those deadly yorkers that confound batsmen so often, Dhoni looked to squeeze that one out but can't get bat in the way, crashes into the stumps, once again Sri Lanka strikes just when a partnership seemed to be calmly guiding India's chase.. 180/3 35.2 to RG Sharma, oh my goodness, all that build-up over Rohit v Tiwary, Rohit is gone for a golden duck, a full, swinging delivery from Malinga is too good for Rohit, he was looking to work it to the leg side, he misses and that strikes his just above the boot, and his critics will have plenty more to say now, and Malinga is doing his bit to silence those questioning his performances against India. 180/4 | ||||||||||
