125.2 to MJ Clarke, gone! Broad gets his 200th Test wicket and there's no double hundred for Clarke. Nips back into the batsman from short of a length, cramps him for room and he tries to guide it to third man but can only get a bottom edge into his stumps. 427/6
32611413.5613815021
16.5 to SR Watson, edged and got him, Bresnan has stormed the castle! Decent length and teasing Watson outside off - the other area that England like to work on with him - gets a thick snick off the shoulder of the bat and the ball seemed to loop in slow motion to first slip, Cook doesn't mess it up. That stop from Pietersen looks all the more crucial now, as it got Watson on strike. 76/1
43215953.6916816000
22.6 to UT Khawaja, full and this one rags away from Khawaja as he prods at the ball - England go up in unison again and Hill gives it! Khawaja looks a bit uncertain and calls for the review. The slo-mo is pretty inconclusive, there's a small sound on the audio but it appears to come before ball passes bat, maybe bat clipping pad; Hot Spot doesn't appear to show anything. They're looking at various angles... here we go then, and Hill raises the finger again! Well, I assume Kumar Dharmasena decided there wasn't enough evidence to overrule the on-field decision but Khawaja looks a little unlucky and Australia have been bitten by DRS again. 82/2
36.6 to CJL Rogers, huge appeal! It's given! And Rogers walks off. Was a very full delivery, it just straightened, he went to play across the line and it looks to be heading towards middle and leg. He chatted to Clarke about a review, but conceded to the decision. 129/3
104.6 to SPD Smith, but Swann has got his man, as Smith slogs hard across the line and top-edges to midwicket! Not sure Smith really needed to play that shot, though he's confident against spin, Swann got a little bounce and the ball steepled up into the blue sky, barely made it off the square and England have the breakthrough they've toiled 68 overs for. Smith scuffs the ground with his bat, knowing he's given it away. 343/4
108.4 to DA Warner, edged and missed by Prior but it deflects up gently into the hands of Trott at slip! England celebrate uproariously ... but Warner chooses to review. Surely it must have been an edge, there was a visible deflection? Here we go then, replays show a big edge, it missed the gloves and hit Prior on the thigh, straight to slip; Hot Spot also picks it up - though I think a camera from space would have - up goes the finger again. Warner was shaking his head after the initial decision, he consulted with Clarke, but the upshot is Australia have lost their final review and Warner has to head off. 365/5
126.3 to PM Siddle, five for Swann! Siddle heaves across the line - aim a big slog-sweep - it turns from outside off and crashes into off stump. He hadn't cover the line with his pads.. 430/7

38.6 to IJL Trott, length ball, Trott nibbles at it and edges to second slip a good catch from Clarke and Trott goes. Reward for consistency this morning, Trott feeling for one just outside off stump, could have left it but was indecisive with the stroke, got a healthy edge from high on the bat and it carried low to Clarke who snaffled the chance very nicely low to his left, good grab and Australia have the breakthrough. 64/3
90.2 to IR Bell, full length and straight through him! It's nipped back a little and taken the off stump, what a blow, a wicket Australia badly needed and Bell, who'd looked in sublime touch, is gone. Bell had just started to look a little unsure coming forward to that good length and it's done for him here, perfect length and the perfect result for the bowler, striking the top of off stump. 225/5
2757632.8112913001
53.6 to AN Cook, short of a length pitching on leg and angling down Cook's pads. He attempts to glance this behind square but ends up getting a nick on it and Haddin pulls off a stunner as he dives full to his right and completes the catch. Unlucky dismissal for Cook, but a fortuitous one for Starc as England are now 110 for 4. 110/4
106.1 to JM Bairstow, length ball pitched outside off. Bairstow gets forward with minimal footwork as the ball kisses the edge on its way to Shane Watson at first slip. A promising stand of 52 for the sixth wicket is broken. Australia sniffing a chance here to run through the remaining order.. 277/6
110.1 to KP Pietersen, and Starc takes the big fish! pitches this on a length on middle and Pietersen plays the wrong line as the ball thuds into the front pad. The finger goes up straight away and Pietersen consults with Prior before reviewing the decision. The ball is pitching in line and hitting middle stump. Pietersen is gone and Australia will be massively relieved by his exit. But that still doesn't take away from his wonderful innings, one that began rather scratchily, but ended with some confident shots around the ground.. 280/7
35129512.711738400
128.5 to SCJ Broad, gone! Broad walks! Nice delivery from Lyon which spins a fraction from off stump, Broad props forward and gets a thin edge through to Haddin. 338/8
1572601.73792000
29.376342.1314910000
23.4 to JE Root, great delivery, Root plays just outside off and nicks it behind and walks off, a thin one through to Haddin and it's Siddle to break through and the Root vigil ends. He'd worked very hard and battled away with few scoring strokes but has played at this from the crease, angled in from wider on the crease, which straightened enough to take the edge through to the keeper, Australia will be delighted. Root might have been forward. 47/1
27.3 to TT Bresnan, back of a length, Bresnan pulls, there's a cry for caught behind and it's given out. Just a little too full for the stroke and Bresnan was late on the shot, was given out as Haddin took the catch to his right and walks off after a chat with Cook. But the replays show he missed it comfortably, the ball caught his trousers. Obviously Cook decided it wasn't worth a review but Bresnan was actually nowhere near that. 49/2
131.3 to GP Swann, now Swann walks...a good delivery from Siddle, nips back from a good length and takes a thick inside edge which is neatly held by Haddin. 353/9
139.3 to MJ Prior, that's the end of the innings, Prior tries to turn a short-of-a-length delivery into the leg side and it loops off a thick edge into the off side. 368/10

31.6 to BJ Haddin, Anderson won't be wicketless on his homeground...Haddin trying to launch this over the off side and sends the ball very high which then comes down in the hands of Broad at mid-off. 152/6
35.3 to MA Starc, throws the hands again, the ball loops up to extra cover - that's out, though Starc lingers briefly, hoping it might have been a bump ball. It was full and wide again, Starc chopped his bat into the ground and the ball popped up off the toe straight to Swann. 172/7
723014.28274000
5.6 to CJL Rogers, excellent catch! Broad finds Rogers' outside edge as he tries to run this to third man, it's a healthy nick and Prior dives across in front of first slip. 23/1
1507414.93475100
22.4 to UT Khawaja, round his legs! Swann hits Khawaja's leg stump with one that grips and turns back rather than going straight on. The batsman had moved a little to far across and missed his flick. 99/3
602524.16210120
17.6 to DA Warner, short, pulled and he's picked out Root at deep square leg! Would you Adam and Eve it? England have been testing Warner against the short ball all innings, he's played it reasonably well but this time couldn't quite keep it down, the ball flew pretty flat but straight to deep square leg, who took it diving forward. Once again, Warner has got himself into trouble aiming one at Root. 74/2
23.5 to SR Watson, and another goes...upper cut down to third man. Straight down Pietersen's throat. Was short and wide outside off, Watson had to reach for it and could barely have placed it more directly to KP if he had another 10 goes at it. 103/4

2.3 to AN Cook, pitched up and swerving back late at Cook, who's rapped on the front pad - Hill raises his finger and Australia are jubilant! Cook calls for a review but replays show it was extremely optimistic, maybe he was convinced there was an inside edge involved after hitting his toe, but there's a big gap between bat and ball and Hawk-Eye says it pitched in line with middle and off, straightened and would have crashed into the stumps halfway up. That is a huge opening statement from Ryan Harris - England have lost their captain, one of their two reviews, and maybe a finger on the urn, too. 0/1
12.2 to IJL Trott, strangled down the leg side, Harris and Australia have another! Trott's head fell to the off side as he walked across his stumps, trying to flick off his pads, just a thin tickle and Hill gives it, Trott is shaking his head but only at himself... He stalks off and England are right in the muck now, two down and the only dark clouds above them metaphorical ones. 15/2

16.2 to KP Pietersen, pitched up and Pietersen is driving, beats the bat, Haddin is up on his toes, arms in the air, Siddle less sure but Hill gives it! Pietersen looks baffled, even hurt and calls for the review ... Here we go, then: there's maybe a faint sound as the ball passes the bat, no visible edge; Hot Spot shows nothing ... and Dharmasena again decides there's not enough grounds to overturn the on-field call, so Hill's finger is raised once more! Pietersen looks furious as he marches off; the soup has just got thicker. 27/3
