Intensive training has team keen for practice match

Quite a busy day at Lincoln with three trainings scheduled. The atrocious weather of last night continued throughout most of the morning and we were forced indoors for a net session.

After lunch we resumed training in the Recreation Centre where Warren our trainer had set out a number of circuits and fitness activities.

A short break in the afternoon to recover and we finished the day with a fielding session on the BIL Oval. The grounds are in great nick and the finishing touches are being made to the new pavilion and its surrounds - in particular the picturesque white picket fence.

Not much else to report really. It has been a very intensive day training wise and we are looking forward to the game tomorrow against a Presidents XI.
