21.3 to Trott, 79.5 mph, bowled him! Kumar had been seaming them away, mostly, but this one pitched and jagged in off the wicket, bursting through the gap between bat and pad to rattle the stumps 112/3

5.6 to Cook, 64.7 mph, he's given him! The ball rushed straight on as Cook pressed forward, rapping him on the front pad. The appeal was exuberant, and Umpire Asnani's finger went up straight away. Cook doesn't look entirely pleased with the decision. He was a long way down the pitch, stretching forward 39/1

Pietersen bent down low to slog sweep, connecting well and then standing to admire the shot ... only for Manoj Tiwary to come charging across from midwicket before diving full length and clutching the ball with both hands while airborne. But hello, what's this? Pietersen has been stopped at the boundary's edge. Are they checking for the no-ball? It's totally fine, and Pietersen's got to go! 128/4

29.4 to Bopara, 52.3 mph, there goes another one! Speared down at middle stump by Jadeja, Bopara played over the top of it as he tried to sweep and was struck in front of middle and off. The appeal is confident, and Umpire Asnani's finger shoots up. An easy decision, that looked plumb 140/5

31.5 to Bairstow, and that, you have to say, was coming. Bairstow had nowhere to go, feet stuck in the crease, and plays down the wrong line as the ball tweaks past his edge! 145/6

42.1 to Borthwick, 89.1 mph, gone! A cracking delivery and Aaron gets his first ODI wicket as he takes out Borthwick's off stump. It may have kept a fraction low but the batsman was caught on the back foot 205/8

44.5 to Meaker, 88.3 mph, superb! Terrific delivery from Aaron rips out Meaker's leg stump. It had a helping hand from the pads as it swung in late, but the pace is the eye-catching aspect of his performance 215/9

46.1 to Bresnan, 88.0 mph, it's all over! What a beauty to end the innings as this nips past Bresnan's outside edge and clips off stump. There's a slight delay before Aaron notices then he celebrates 220/10

5.3 to Patel, 90.2 mph, gone! Breakthrough. Full length, Patel goes to whip across the line, misses, then his off and middle stumps are pegged back. England rewarded for a tight start with the ball 18/1

7.4 to Gambhir, 88.4 mph, another goes! Big wicket, Gambhir plays a flat-footed drive and gets an inside edge into middle stump. Ground goes silent and, for now at least, we have a game on 21/2

32.4 to Raina, 95.0 mph, bowled him! Raina continued to slog at everything and has now paid the price. He swings right across a straight one and is given quite a send-off from Finn 177/4

13.5 to Rahane, 84.6 mph, Meaker strikes! And what a stunning effort behind the stumps by Kieswetter to complete the dismissal. Rahane poked at one that left him off a length, a thick edge flying very quickly to Kieswetter's right. He had to go for the catch as Pietersen was very wide at slip. He pouched it one handed and clung on as he hit the ground. A first international scalp for Meaker, and it's a good one 46/3
