A punchy, right-handed opening batsman, Felix Organ nailed down a spot in Hampshire's first team as a 20-year-old during the 2019 season.

Born in Sydney but educated at Canford School in Dorset, Organ captained the Hampshire Academy in 2017 and 2018, and played a handful of games for England Under-19s in 2017.

He made his first-team debut in September 2017, but his first proper run in the side didn't come until 2019, when he broke into the side amid an injury and availability crisis. He made a round 100 in just over five hours in his third first-class game, and hit two more fifties over the course of the season as he sealed his place in the side.

A useful offspinner, Organ took a maiden five-wicket haul in unusual circumstances late in the season. Only bowling because the umpires had decided the light was too poor for fast bowling, he finished with 5 for 25 after running through Surrey's middle and lower order.
