Grade cricket for North Melbourne-Geelong 1985-86 to 1987-88; Attended the Australian Cricket Academy in Adelaide from 1988-89 and played in their matches; stayed on in Adelaide and played for Port Adelaide from 1988-89 to 1992-93; for Prospect in 1993-94; returned to Victoria and played for Geelong 1994-95 and 1995-96. Commenced his cricket in Geelong with Leopold club and played in Victoria Country. Victoria Under 16s in 1984-85; Victoria Under 19s 1986-87 and 1987-88.
