Nick Death

A left-arm fast bowler, Nick Death is originally from Canberra, where he represented the ACT in under-age sides. He moved to Perth towards the end of 2006-07 and the following summer had a productive club season with Wanneroo, where he picked up 46 wickets at 23.89. It was enough to earn him his first Western Australia rookie contract. A useful batsman who sometimes opens for his grade side, Death has also worked in digital mapping for the CSIRO's land and water department.
