11.30pm It's half an hour to midnight. Tomorrow is a working day. But knowing Dhaka there will be a party on the streets well into the morning. They have won a series against India, they have notched 10 straight home wins, and they are into the Champions Trophy. India need a lot of looking into the mirror. To take out into those celebrations on the streets or into what India see in the mirror will be exceeding the brief of this commentary. So we bid you farewell to join you again in three days. "That was great moment for us," says Mashrafe Mortaza. "To be playing in the Champions Trophy is a big achievement for us. Every time we were shaken someone took over. That is a big thing. The way Mustafiz is bowling he has become the big fish. It has been very significant, and many series coming up, hopefully we can keep on performing like this."

Where we lacked was the fact that we lost wickets. Most of them played two or three deliveries. They are bowling well as a unit. You can't really on just one or two bowlers. That is what they are doing well. Even when they didn't get a wicket,. they kept things tight. They got a bit of reverse but their lines and lengths were good. We will come and enjoy, maybe play a bit more freely. Won't think too much about the result. Will be the last match of the season, it has been a hectic season, and we are looking forward to it."

"Very happy," says Mustafizur Rahman, the Man of the Match. "My team-mates helped me a lot to help me do well. Thanks to the crowd too for turning up despite the rain. I want to bowl even better in the third ODI."

11.07pm Bachcha re bachcha [hey kid, you kid], mocked the Indian TV. Bangladesh didn't like it. They have waited with the audio ready, they have waited for the series win to be accomplished, and have started playing the song on the PA. The man in charge of PA then says, "We are not kids, we are tigers."

What a great result. It is indeed the rise of the tigers. They have won 10 home ODIs in a row. They have beaten India in a series for the first time. Their next target should be to do well away from home, but right now they have earned celebrations. They have brought India down with a plan and a ruthless execution of it. This is a night - a week and a half - Dhaka and Bangladesh and all Bangladeshis away from home won't forget in a hurry. And why should they?

Mustafizur Rahman, he of the lethal cutter, began the ascension today. If it was Taskin Ahmed supporting him the other night, today support came from an unexpected quarter: Nasir Hossain's part-time offspin went for just 10-0-33-2. MS Dhoni looked to weather the storm and open up in the end, but in the end there was Mustafizur, whose cutters cut through India once again. Richly deserved celebrations. They have just dominated India, the WC semi-finalists, the current Champions Trophy champions, and they are all out on the field. Now they get into the huddle. Some of them are carrying souvenir stumps. I think I have heard playing on the PA the song that the Indian broadcaster used to promote the series, which was a touch offensive. So if that was the case, the broadcaster has deserved it

"One of the greatest moments, really." says Mushfiqur Rahim. "The way Mustafiz bowled was the gamechanger. The way he is bowling in the nets even we are struggling to pick his slower ball.
