Nat Sciver-Brunt, Match Hero: It feels brilliant! We were really excited to play at Lord's Cricket Ground. I feel like we did well in patches. I'm happy to come in whenever I'm needed and I got a good chance to put together an innings. All-rounders are key in any team; she's massively important and a brilliant leader

Slow powerplay, and they always seemed under scoreboard pressure -- never really getting the momentum in the chase, as the Trent Rockets kept pushing them back with regular wickets. Trent Rockets have finally put in a concerted effort and a complete performance, collecting their first win in clinical fashion. They've moved up one place to sixth while London Spirit lose their first game in four and still remain in second spot. Earlier, Bryony Smith thwacked 42 off 33, Natasha Wraith held her end of the bargain but Nat Sciver-Brunt made the difference with a fast-paced half-century, well supported by her captain, Ashleigh Gardner. In reply, Spirit capitulated; only three batters got into double figures but none could push on for a big innings. They got a few chances (dropped catches) but couldn't capitalize. Kirstie Gordon showed her class, picking up four key wickets while Ashleigh Gardner and Heather Graham took two apiece. Cassidy McCarthy along with Alana King - who bowled much better with her leg-breaks - chipped in with one wicket each, knitting together a complete bowling performance. They were helped by an above-par total, which gave them the freedom to bowl more uninhibitedly

That's it from the second game of today's double-header! You may now switch over to the men's match and enjoy more Hundred action. For now, it's goodbye from me, Rvel Zahid, and Thilak Rama. Babye!

slower ball on a good length that spins away extravagantly from leg as she tries to clobber it over square leg and ends up getting stumped, nifty piece of glovework. Trent Rockets are on the board and get their first win of the season, did it quite convincingly

Gordon to Glenn, OUT

Around the wicket, tosses it up on a slightly fuller length and gets it to drift in towards middle, tries a slog sweep and gets hit on the pads, vociferous appeal for an lbw and given straightaway by the umpire. Sent upstairs for further examination. Nothing on the ultra-edge, third ump says keep rolling through. Hits her high close to the midriff. Still waiting. Pitching in line, impact is also in line and hitting the top of middle stump and she had faint hopes, was near the rope and quickly goes back into the hut
