"Dr. Harris seals clinical win"; "Tait tightens noose around Bangalore"; "Klinger's Redbacks cling on to Bangalore offerings" - There, the headlines you are unlikely to read tomorrow. Well played South Australia. On behalf of my colleagues Sid Talya and Abhishek Purohit, and scorer Binoy George, this is Nitin Sundar signing off. Sid Monga's bulletin is here. Do join us for the double header tomorrow. Cheers!

Klinger, the Redbacks captain, is MoM. What a run he is having! "Really good all-round performance this. We have got the talent to beat anyone, and the boys are believing in it, at the moment. Great atmosphere in the dressing room, this is fantastic. Tait is a fantastic weapon for us. Daniel Christian is one of the best in the death."

Kumble: "Too many wickets at regular intervals, especially losing Taylor at that stage. Dillon got us to 150, we could have out pressure if we got early wickets. We could have bowled better, but should have had 15 runs more. The next game is a must-win for us."

Hang on for the presentations.

South Australia, take a bow! Not many gave this side a chance at the start of the tournament, but with three wins in three games, they become the first side to reach the last four. Klinger, in the process, has surged to the top of the tournament run-table. Daniel Harris gave him exemplary support to follow that fielding effort earlier in the day. For me, that ball summed up the difference between the two teams. Bangalore, like Mumbai earlier in the tournament, were average in the field. Even the youngsters - Manish Pandey and Virat Kohli - made basic errors. Like Harsha Bhogle, all of us are left wondering, what ails India's fielding. Bangalore have some serious concerns and will hope Kallis recovers fast.

Venkat has an eye on the points table. "This match gives, Lions a good chance for semis. They can easily win against Guyana. Then that makes the match between Bangalore and Lions as unofficial quarter-final."

Vinay to Ferguson, 1 run

That's it. Easy as they come. Back of a length outside off, Ferguson stays back, taps it softly into the covers and they take a single to finish a comprehensive win

Harik: "Looking at this performance, I think RCB will retain Kallis and he should ask for couple of million $ raise."

18.2
1
Vinay to Klinger, 1 run

faster outside off, Klinger stays in the crease and runs it down to third man for a single. One to win.

18.1
2
Vinay to Klinger, 2 runs

another really slow slower ball outside off, Klinger was in danger of doing a muscle the way he wound up to hit that! All is well though, carves it off the outside edge over point for a couple

du Preez to Ferguson, FOUR runs

and that, Ferguson says, is how you deal with a du Preez slow nothing bouncer. Slow and outside off, he waited and waited for it, and when it came, he whacked it with a horizontal bat through the covers. Creamed.

1lb
du Preez to Klinger, 1 leg bye

hits him on the pads, but it was sliding down the leg. Runs into the off side

du Preez to Ferguson, 1 run

not so short this time, he chooses to pull and again bottom edges it away towards midwicket

17.3
du Preez to Ferguson, no run

bouncer, not much pace from du preez, but catches the batsman by surprise. Bottom-edges the swat-pull to midwicket

17.2
du Preez to Ferguson, no run

back of a length, sluggish bounce and the backfoot punch goes without any timing to the cover fielder

17.1
1lb
du Preez to Klinger, 1 leg bye

angles in from outside off, tries to work it off the pads but can't connect

"Cricinfo didn't mentioned so I am doing it...And Klinger becomes highest run getter in this tournament (actually he became when he made 12 runs in this innings)." Thanks Harik. du Preez comes on with a widish slip.

Vinay to Ferguson, 2 runs

shorter outside off, opens the face and guides it in front of the point fielder for a single

16.5
Vinay to Ferguson, no run

slow leg-cutter from Vinay, this is abit of a Karnataka specialty thanks to that man Venkatesh Prasad. Beats the batsman but it is so slow, he adjusts to dab it to point

16.4
2
Vinay to Ferguson, 2 runs

this time it is on his pads and he eases it off the pads behind square for a couple more

16.3
2
Vinay to Ferguson, 2 runs

very slow bouncer - 108 kph. Ferguson was readying to play the cut, then it came so slowly that he had enough time to rethink plans and play a cross-bat pull down to wide long on

16.2
Vinay to Ferguson, no run

back of a length outside off, thinks of playing it but lets it go. Steep bounce

16.1
2
Vinay to Ferguson, 2 runs

starts with a length ball outside off, he is down the track and scyhtes it over point towards third man. Picks a tight couple before Steyn's throw comes in

Sidharth: Dr Harris has surgically dismantle Bangalore and Engineer Kumble has used the angles with pin-point precision to give Bangalore hope!!!" Vinay comes on.

Steyn to Klinger, 2 runs

Looking PE, going Centurion that shot. Klinger opens up his stance and just looks for the sledgehammer swing, gets a thickish outside which takes it over the covers

15.5
Steyn to Klinger, no run

uneven bounce outside off, Klinger tries to crunch the cut but gets a bottom edge that goes nowhere

15.5
1w
Steyn to Klinger, 1 wide

more effort, very short, it takes off and Uthappa does so too to get it in the mitt. Called a wide

15.4
3
Steyn to Ferguson, 3 runs

no idecision here! Ferguson leans out in fluid fashion and drives elegantly towards extra cover. Kumble runs across to his left in the infield and puts in the slide but can't stop the ball

15.3
4
Steyn to Ferguson, FOUR runs

Ferguson gets lucky, Agony for Steyn. Ferguson was expecting another shortish ball, but this was further up, and he ended up driving off neither foot, neither forward nor back. Good old lemon cut misses the stumps and hurries to fine leg
