Well a resounding win there for the Australians, taking maximum points by achieving the target well within 40 overs

That puts Australia into second spot on the points table, one point above South Africa

For South Africa, a match they would like to quickly forget, their third loss in a row and suddenly finding themselves on the bottom of the table

However with top and bottom separated by a mere four points, and five matches to go in the preliminary rounds of this competition there is still much to play for, for all three teams

Next match in the series is on Saturday in Adelaide, where Australia come up against New Zealand
